Hiking, hiking, hiking. It’s absolutely everywhere this season. These Vans Sk8-His do a good job of pulling that look into the skate realm with a blend of canvas, suede, leather and speckled laces. Two colors are now in store at Bows & Arrows.
Don’t forget about them kids! Vans teams up with Yo Gabba Gabba! to create a Slip-On and SK8-Hi Deconstruct shoe. Each include eight different versions with each character represented on their own shoe as well as two versions of a Yo Gabba Gabba! group shoe. Talk about a kid shoe show down!
Looks like we have a computer glitch… Er no wait- Check out this new pack from Vans called the Glitch Pack. Pixelated goodness at its finest!
In this collaboration Vans went with 430 on a BMX themed pair of Old Skools. Constructed in monochrome blue suede, the sneakers feature a 430 imprint on the heel and a red BMX CONNECTION tongue label.
Vans and Japanese brand Deluxe have once again worked on a collaborative sneaker. This time they chose the Vans Authentic and gave it a nice and solid grey suede upper. Simple yet stylish.
Gotta make sure the kids are look stylish in their Vans x Crayola Crayons editions. Be sure to keep an eye out for these little tykes kicks hittin’ stores next week! Almost makes me want to have a kid… OK not quite!
For the upcoming Fall/Winter of 2010, Vans introduces a new collection known as the Versa. Essentially blending style and performance, the Versa features as a low top sneaker. Be on the lookout for these in the upcoming months!
Donny Miller not only worked with Vans on their Vault line, but also for their Classics line-up for Spring/Summer 2010. The pack he created includes a Sk8 Hi and a Slip-On. Both come with graphics by the artist and are now available!
Last week the White Sox version dropped, this week we get the Chicago Cubs version. As with all other Vans Vault x MLB releases, these are limited to 12 pairs and are accompanied by a matching Majestic jersey.
The Sk8-Hi LX sport an all white leather upper with very little Dodger blue. In fact, the only blue present on the shoe appears on the blue Dodger “LA” logo on the heel, and a blue stripe around the midsole. Like the other Vans in the collection, only 12 pairs will be available.
Vans Vault sure is doing major things for baseball and sneaker fans alike. To kick off opening day in San Francisco for the Giants, together with Major League Baseball produced 12 pairs of San Francisco’s Era LX and a matching limited edition Majestic Authentic Jersey.
Vans Vault unloads another team for its Opening Day Collection, this time it’s the champions turn. Vans Vault presents the New York Yankees Old Skool LX.
Vans has once again collaborated with Japanese designer Alexander Lee Chang. This time the designer worked on the Era. He mixed black patent leather with the classic Vans checker pattern on the upper. Also some graphics were added to the mid-sole of the sneaker. The designers signature also appears on the tongue tag.
Just hitting the stores now are two rad yet subtle colorways in the Vans lineup known as the One Piece LX. The silhouette earned its name because it is constructed from one piece with only minimal stitching. Other features include plastic shoe lacing eyelets, as well as waxed laces. Cop ‘em while they are hot!
Stussy collaborated with Vans on their SK8-Hi’s as part of their 30th anniversary celebrations, The SK8-Hi “Black Sheep” will be released on April 10th in black and green. These new joints are set to drop as various Stussy locations- so be on the look out!
Check out the new drop from the 2010 collaboration between Vans and Supreme. This season they once again worked on the Old Skool and the Chukka. The Old Skool features suede/canvas uppers with snake skin details and leather insoles. The Chukka from above features suede uppers with snake skin trim and leather insoles.
The Japanese retailer over at Flauge has released an exclusive collaboration pack of Vans Era’s. The low top sneaker comes in green and red with the classic Vans checker pattern on most of the upper, mixed with premium suede on the toe box.
Check it out! Another sneaker from the Vans Vault Opening Day Collection has been revealed. This time, it is the Baltimore Orioles and they are treated to a black leather Sk8-Hi with orange detailing. Definitely feelin’ the SK8-Hi’s here.

The latest MLB team to join the Vans Vault Opening Day Collection is the New York Mets. The new New York Mets Era LX will be limited to 12 pairs and restricted to a single retailer.
Well look what we have here… Vans and Major League Baseball announce the Florida Marlins pack consisting of the special Vans Vault shoe and Majestic jersey combo will drop April 9 and only 12 pairs will be available! This time the shoe happens to be the Chukka LX.
Vans Syndicate shows us a few selected shoes their upcoming collection will entail. The collection this year will have a major focus on skating. The construction of the interior of the shoe will feature a reinforced toe section and be comprised of heavy fabric to make sure they hold together under major stress!
Emerging as a collaboration to look forward to each year, Supreme once again teams up with Vans to produce a new set of kicks for 2010. This time around, the New York staple utilizes both the Old Skool and popular Chukka Boot silhouette for an overall simple series of designs. Both sneakers take on suede and canvas uppers with snakeskin accents taking center stage. Each model is featured in a handful of colorways, with both looking to release soon through Supreme. Definitely going to a cop a pair or two of these badboys!
Carhartt Europe has gotten together with Vans. For Spring/Summer 2010 they worked on a pack of Authentics. The low top sneaker comes with uppers made of suede and ripstop nylon. The Carhartt logo appears on a special collaborative tongue tag and on the Vans tag on the heel. Look out for a release soon.
For the Spring / Summer of 2010, Vans Authentic has been released in various 2 Tone colorways. Some color combinations actually remind us of the Parra collaboration from last year. The complete pack is now available from select stores.
Check out the early preview of the upcoming Authentic One-Piece from the Vans California Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. The Authentic comes with a one-piece upper later this year, making the sneaker look even cleaner than it already is. It will drop in numerous colorways with tonal laces and logo tag. Definitely feelin’ these!
These new 2010 Vans Era Wingtips will return shortly in the new colorways. These look like Vault Releases, however, they are from the California Collection. Keep your eyes peeled, as they are coming soon to a store near you!
For this new collaboration, the UK retailer Offspring have teamed up with Vans on a duo of exclusive California Collection Eras. The sneakers mix canvas, nylon and (for the first time ever on an Era) a neoprene upper with suede. These two colorways are now available in store and online.
These new Classic Mountain Editions with Gum soles are done up in black and blue suede with white contrast stitching with a leather lining. The gum sole really makes a striking impression when you see it. The contrast really seems to place them in a different context. Set for a summer release date.
For the Spring of 2010, Vans decided to release the “Harrigan Plaid” Pack and is featured on three of their models which include the Chukka, Zapato del Barco and Slip-on. This time around for the colorways they stuck to a bit more subtle series of colors which are the classic white, grey and black.
